MUSEO PICASSO
The Museo Picasso Málaga is run by the Fundación Museo Picasso de Málaga and the Fundación Paul, Christine y Bernard Ruiz-Picasso. Two foundations have been created, each with its own Board of Trustees, and together they promote the Museum and make sure that the wishes of the donors are respected. The Fundación Paul, Christine y Bernard Ruiz-Picasso is the rightful owner of the Collection, whereas the Fundación Museo Picasso de Málaga owns the group of buildings that holds it. As was initially agreed by the donors, the two Foundations are responsible for the conservation, exhibition, study and diffusion of the Collection.

MUSEO DE LA COFRADÍA DE LA ESPERANZA
This brotherhood is located next to the small, baroque Santo Domingo Church. Inside they exhibit sacred silver objects, next to the beautiful cloaks of the two figures of the procession of the brotherhood - la Virgen de la Esperanza and Jesus of Nazareth. You can also see the procession rehearsals and the insignias of the brotherhood, which are objects of worship, and of course the clothes of the leaders of the brotherhood, or the equipment and things that they use to dress and decorate the figures.

MUSEO DE LA COFRADÍA DE LA EXPIRACIÓN
This museum, located next to San Pedro church and the buildings of the Brotherhood, is where they keep the thrones and the robes of the figures that parade in the Easter Passion procession. This little museum has managed to keep alive all the character of El Perchel neighbourhood - one of the oldest and most traditional in the city. The place jealously guards the equipment and the images of the Virgin of Los Dolores Coronada and the Christ of the Expiración, escorted through the streets every year by members of the Guardia Civil (local police). If you want to visit the museum, you can only do so by prior appointment calling the above number.

CENTRO DE ARTE CONTEMPORÁNEO
The CAC Málaga is a cultural initiative of The City Council of Malaga. Its aim is the promotion and dissemination of 20th- and 21st-century visual art. The project is an innovative one within Spain as it combines models of private management with the aims and ideals of public administration. The CAC Málaga was officially opened on 17 February 2003 by Their Royal Highnesses the Infanta Cristina and her husband, Ińaki Urdangarín, Dukes of Palma. A pioneering new project was thus launched, based on the model of the German "Kunsthalle" and characterised by its dynamic nature and its emphasis on the dissemination of contemporary art and reflection on the issues involved in this field. The opening of the CAC Málaga has opened up new cultural possibilities in the south of Spain and the centre was specifically created with the intention of becoming an international reference point.
